Our facility
D&A operates a 20,000 sq ft plant in Lakewood, NJ with seven processing rooms. Three rooms are dedicated to food, nutritional and excipient work. The other four handle chemicals, plastics additives and industrial materials. Keeping the work physically separate guards against cross-contamination. Dust collection runs during processing.
Quality checks
- Particle size distribution checked against the customer's spec.
- Target particle size verified on sieve screens.
- Bulk density tested on finished material.
- Finished packages weighed on calibrated digital scales.
- Every lot tracked from receipt to shipment.
Your material and your formulation
Customer material stays the customer's property and is tracked by lot. We sign NDAs routinely and keep formulations confidential.
Documentation for supplier qualification
If your QA team is qualifying D&A as a supplier, email contact@dandagranulation.com and we'll send our ISO certificate and FDA registration status, and work through your supplier questionnaire.
