D&A is led by President Ashish Kulkarni, with Tyson Pritchard as technical advisor and a production team that has run the plant for more than a decade.
Ashish Kulkarni leads D&A as President, focused on deepening customer relationships, expanding capacity, and extending what the plant can take on, without compromising the quality and care D&A has delivered for thirty years.
Tyson Pritchard started D&A in 1996 and now advises the team on technical questions and new materials. Day-to-day production is run by Plant Manager Matt Macavoy and a long-tenured operations team.

Ashish leads D&A's strategy, customer relationships and daily operations. He's focused on expanding capacity and extending what the plant can take on, without compromising the quality and care D&A has delivered for thirty years.

Tyson founded D&A in 1996 and built it over three decades, processing more than a thousand materials across chemicals, foods, nutritionals and plastic additives. He now advises the team on technical questions and new materials.

Matt has run D&A's production floor for more than a decade, joining in 2015 and managing the plant since 2016. He oversees day-to-day production, trial runs and quality checks, and is the team's first call on how a new material will behave on the equipment.
