Can you mill and then screen to a tight cut?
Yes. Milling is often paired with screening on our Sweco and Kason screeners to remove fines and oversize.
What materials can you mill?
Chemicals, plastic additives, nutritional ingredients, excipients and food materials. Send us the material and target size and we'll confirm fit.
What's the minimum batch size?
Around 500 lbs for milling. Granulation, pelletizing and blending jobs start at around 750 lbs.
