D&A is led jointly by Ashish Kulkarni and founder Tyson D. Pritchard. Tyson has personally processed more than a thousand different materials across chemicals, foods, nutritionals, pharmaceuticals, and plastic additives, and continues to lead customer formulation work. Ashish leads strategy and growth while running daily operations alongside Tyson, focused on deepening customer relationships, expanding capacity, and extending what the plant can take on. D&A operates seven processing rooms in Lakewood, NJ. Three rooms are dedicated to the processing of nutritionals, foods, and excipients. The remaining four handle chemicals, plastic additives, and industrial materials. Separating the work physically prevents cross-contamination between regulated food-grade work and industrial chemistry.
D&A holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Every customer batch is documented under the quality management system. Particle size is verified on sieve screens, bulk density is tested on the finished product, and all packaging is weighed on calibrated digital scales.
