Agriculture & Fertilizer
Toll granulation, pelletizing, blending and packaging for fertilizer, soil amendment and agricultural mineral producers.
D&A Granulation provides toll granulation and pelletizing for agricultural materials in Lakewood, NJ: you ship us powders or fines, we turn them into granules or pellets sized for spreading and blending, and ship them back.
Why ag producers granulate or pelletize
Fine fertilizer and mineral powders dust in handling, cake in storage, separate in blends and spread unevenly. Granules and pellets flow through spreaders and blending equipment, sit evenly alongside other granular products, and are easier to bag and ship. Granulating also turns fines and off-spec material from your own screening into a saleable granular product.
Typical materials
- Potassium and magnesium sulfate minerals, including fines recovered from screening

What's the minimum batch size?
Around 750 lbs for granulation, pelletizing and blending, and around 500 lbs for milling, screening and repackaging.
How long does a pelletizing trial take?
