D&A operates two 100 cubic foot stainless steel ribbon blenders. They homogenize powders and granular materials at production scale so downstream granulation, pelletizing, milling, and packaging see a consistent feed.
A blending step ahead of downstream work
Blending lives upstream of screening, milling, granulation, and pelletizing. Pre-blending in the ribbon blender homogenizes feed material before you commit it to a particle-size process, which reduces variability batch over batch.
