Uniform blends, with or without a liquid addition
D&A operates two 100 cubic foot stainless steel ribbon blenders. Both can spray liquids into the chamber uniformly while the ribbon turns, so wet-add formulations don't develop hot spots or clumps. If your formulation runs dry, that capability simply stays unused.
A blending step ahead of downstream work
Blending lives upstream of screening, milling, granulation, and pelletizing. Pre-blending in the ribbon blender homogenizes feed material before you commit it to a particle-size process, which reduces variability batch over batch.
