Pelletizing
D&A has a 100 HP California Pellet Mill. The pelletizing process allows D&A's customers materials to be formed into pellets from a desired diameter of 2.5mm to 5.0mm diameter pellet. If a customer has a need to pelletize a low melting material, D&A has the ability to inject liquid nitrogen into the pelletizing process without jeopardizing the integrity of the material. A customer desired particle size is measured by the use of various sieve screens. D&A has the ability to test the bulk density of a customer's material. All finished packaging is weighed to the customer's requirements on calibrated scales.
