Dry Granulation
This process creates a uniform particle size, which allows materials to become a free flowing, dust free and higher density product. This process enables customers the ability to better handle, blend and meter their materials. A granular material normally absorbs liquids more easily than most powders, thus a granular material will disperse and dissolve quicker. A customer desired particle size is measured by the use of various sieve screens. D&A has the ability to test the bulk density of a customer's material. All finished packaging is weighed to the customer's requirements on calibrated scales.
