DRY GRANULATION AND PELLETIZING
- Assists in alleviating the problems associated with non-flowing, dusty, low bulk density powders.
- Creates a uniformed particle size, which allows materials to become a free flowing dust free higher density product.
- Allows our customers the ability to better handle, meter, and blend their materials.
UNIFORM BLENDING
- Our 100 cubic foot stainless steel ribbon blenders with the ability to spray liquids in a uniformed manner into the blenders while mixing.
- Blending of materials can be accomplished before screening, milling, granulation, and pelletizing.
PACKAGING AND RE-PACKAGING
- We package and re-package materials into kraft paper bags, heat sealed bags, valve bags, cartons, drums, gaylords, and super sacks of all different sizes.
- All finished packaging of materials is weighed to the customer’s requirements on calibrated digital scales.
